Ignatia Amara 3X HPUS: sour belching, rumbling in bowels, cramps in stomach, throbbing in abdomen
Lycopodium Clavatum 6X HPUS: dyspepsia, bloating, rolling of flatulence and bitter taste

“HPUS” indicates the active ingredients are in the official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.
