Muscle Cramps and Pains Relief of symptoms of muscular cramps and pains (particularly menstrual cramps) relieved by warmth. Also for stomach cramps, flatulence, headaches with darting pains and muscular twitching.

Ingredients: Magnesia Phosphorica 30X HPUS (Magnesium Phosphate) in a base of lactose USP.

Directions: Acute: 4 tablets every hour. Tonic: 4 tablets four times a day taken dry or dissolved in water. Children: 2 tablets as above.

Warnings: Do not use if imprinted cap band is broken or missing. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, contact a licensed health care provider. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a licensed health care provider before using this product. Keep all medications out of the reach of children.
