Omega-3 Mini Gels 180 EPA-120 DHA - 180 Softgels, NOW Foods

From the FDA's website: Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels 1 to 3 times daily with food. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW CoQ10 and Advanced Gamma-E.

Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) and Vitamin E (as natural d-alpha tocopherol). Contains fish (sardines, anchovies, mackerel) and soy derivatives.
