Supplement Facts Serving Size: 1 Teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) Amount %DV Proprietary Extract Blend: 5 ml Honeysuckle Flower, European Elder Berry, Lemon Balm Leaf, Chamomile Flower, Catnip Aerial Parts, Echinacea purpurea Root, Echinacea purpurea Leaf, Cassia Twig, and Licorice Root.

Other Ingredients: purified water, honey, vegetable glycerine, ascorbic acid, potassium benzoate, and potassium sorbate.

Suggested Use: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon, 2 to 3 times daily. May be mixed with water or taken directly.
