The powdered flowering tops are used to expel intestinal worms. Steep 2 teaspoons of the leaves or tops in 1 cup water for 5 minutes Take 1/2 cup a day, a teaspoonful at a time. Used externally, as a fomentation, for sprains, bruises etc. Use wormwood oil with medical assistance, it can cause poisoning with excessive use.
